The location was perfect for a easy visit to the beach . This small site was very clean and quiet. A great size for two people (and a small dog). Lots of storage space and adequate equipment. Nice to be able to sit on the decking to eat and drink. Only 5 minutes drive to the centre of Hunstanton.
The static itself was “tired “! The floors and upholstery needed a good clean. Lack of cushions etc. Although we had lovely outdoor tables we could only use them when the sun had gone down ( no parasol). The bed wasn’t to our comfort, but some people might find it ok.

Wonderful location, spotlessly clean, great water pressure for a hot shower. The beach is a few steps away, great for walking. We used the caravan as a base to visit Sandringham.
Has everything you need, remember to bring your own bed linen and towels. I would definitely stay again.

Proximity to Beach and quiet location
Rips in seating, dirty decking area and dirty table and chairs.
Shower head in bathroom didn't stay up so had to hold it to have a shower.
