Very pleasant and relaxing

Location was perfect, walking distance to Hunstanton town, or the other way heasham. Nice and quite. As this was the first time our pet had stayed in a caravan, will definitely book longer next time.

I wouldn't stay at this property again , the caravan was cold as the window didn't shut properly,

It was really close to the sea

One of the caravans windows didn't close properly so there was a constant cold draught blowing inside . The gas fire was set to the lowest heat possible so the caravan was quite cold . some of the flooring dipped like it was rotten by the dining table . we moved the sofa bed to use as a foot rest to find mouldy food underneath and we could feel the springs through the mattress .

Perfect location very close to beach, very clean caravan and spacious. All caravans have own parking and had good facilities inside, including ensuite toilet in double room. Definite value for money and we really enjoyed the stay. Would recommend

Was a little drafty and heating appliances weren't brilliant but it was a lot cheaper than last place we stayed that had very little facilities and no room at all, but to be honest, what we paid for the two nights we couldn't really complain.

No heating either the caravan gets cold at night all there is is a fire in the living room that doesn’t even work barely

The cleanliness was appalling spiders everywhere, broken glass shards on the floor to which I brought my dog with me aswell imagine if she had stepped in this !? Instead I did and cut my door open so if you find blood specks anywhere that is probably why

Nice and clean. Good location. It was everything we wanted for a getaway. Only 2 faults. Otherwise it was perfect.

We didn't use the main bed .the mattress was uncomfortable. Too thin. We used the bed settee it was more comfortable. And the doors wouldn't unlock properly it kept sticking was struggling to get in and out when needed. .

this property was exactly what we needed! i wanted somewhere close to the beach and dog friendly and it was exactly that! the beach was less than a five minute walk away where you can walk for miles. It wasn’t too busy like your usual sea side resorts. it was just right! perfect place to stay if want a dog friendly get away. The staff was super friendly and we will definitely be returning ☺️

The property was super clean and comfortable! The only thing it was missing which we usually have in caravans is a hoover. Especially with us having a dog I would of liked to of been able to whip around before we left the site and after beach strolls. no negative points it was good value for money 😊
