Comfortable and close to local amenities
Accommodation comfortable, but looks quite tired.
Shower head was taped to the bracket, as bracket was broken, needs replaced. No frying pan. Ignition didn’t work on stove, had to use lighter. Bottom step to property, needs replaced. Dirty carpet underneath doormat. Holes in net curtains.

Site was average Parkdean site, caravan was clean and tidy if a little older, suited us for the purpose, everything we needed.

The caravan was in goodish condition, clean and you can tell its looked after. We had fun and, once we arrived, had good communication with the owners via WhatsApp.
There was no bed linen provided even though Booking.com clearly said there would be. When we arrived and found out there was none we were offered to rent bed linen for an extra £20.
In fairness to the owner, they sent me a screenshot of a message they sent me but I didn't receive any messages from booking.com. The message said there would be no bed linen, had I known this we would have taken our own.
