The caravan was lovely and clean and smelt fresh. The caravan is actually located 2 rows back not 3 as directed making it harder to find, however it is close to reception. Lots of bits like washing up detergent, shower gel, hand soap, toilet roll when we arrived which made life easier as we only stayed one night.
The decor is very dated, it is an old caravan. There is several areas inside that have rusted due to age. Unlike Searles (the site next door) there is no beach cut through, however it really isnt far enough for it to be a problem, just a little inconvenient. I think for 158 for the night bedding would have been provided.

Caravan was very clean and well equipped. Basic but good for the price. Good location. Site was quiet due to time of year. Hunstanton was busy.
Visited in February. Was cold which we expected but the heaters weren't great at all. We were really cold even in bed. Caravan was a bit dated but everything you needed was there.

Nice park, near to town
The gas fire wouldn't work so it was cold, there were no instructions to help us.The electric fire in 1 bedroom didn't work either.
