Lovely warm house, lovely area perfect location.

Lovely comfortable house and very well equipped Location to beach and amenities was great all within walking distance. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. Lounge had enough seating for everyone, fantastic large tv.
Lots of stairs but aware of this when booking. Two bedrooms had sink and shower would have been great to have a toilet. But not a problem as house has two toilets.

Great stay - beautiful house
Location was perfect. Beautiful house with loads of character. Great for a big family. Loads of room. Well equipped. Small touches made by owners on arrival helped to start a great getaway.
Showers water pressure in the main bathroom wasn't great. Parking spot is on a dirt track but other council owned parking nearby.

Perfect location for a seaside holiday. Loads of space for a family with a toddler and dog. Very good communications with the owners.
It’s an old quirky property so lots of stairs but that can’t be helped. A dishwasher would have been great but I just can’t see how you would fit one in. Perhaps bigger en suite showers but our family are very tall so that’s our problem not the owners!

Beautiful Norfolk Holiday
Fantastic place to stay. Comfortable and clean and easy to get to lots of beautiful places. We loved Sandringham, Heacham Beach and Hall and Old Hunstanton Beach. Would go back!

Superb
The location 10 mins to beach even with grandchildren and kit. The separate lounge and dining room and the size of both. The cleanliness and the well equipped kitchen. All of this is complemented by the beautiful town of Hunstanton.
There is nothing I didn't like This is our second visit so clearly we love it. If advising a prospective hirer I would point out that the property is on 3 levels so if you don't cope well with stairs then look elsewhere.

Great place for friends to get together.
Excellent property for two families to spend the weekend together. Plenty of room for us all. The pictures don't do it justice! Very central to everything. A few treats were left for us in the kitchen on arrival which was a welcomed surprise!
