The property is in a very small hamlet just outside Sedbergh. It’s about 20 minutes walk to Sedbergh. Make sure you have a touch if walking in the dark. This is the second property and third time we’ve now stayed at with this owner. He always answers any questions and issues if you have any. The home is beautiful and everything has been thought of.

Location was great, easy access to lots of walks and open spaces on the Cumbria / Dales border
We didn’t find a tumble dryer which would have been a great addition. It was good fun though drying our washing in front of the fire.

Beautiful setting. Spacious , comfortable and furnished to a high standard with lovely finishing touches.
Multiple walks from the doorstep.
Walking distance to facilties in Sedburgh.
Nowhere to put dry foodstuff in kitchen. We were only there for one night so ok for us.
100% polyester duvet cover and pillow cases on top floor bed.
