Lovely vacation stay, plenty of space with two lounges, nice and central to Sedburgh town.

Warm, cosy and quiet with lots of room for 6 people. Upstairs sitting room is great! Late checkout much appreciated!
The small double bed on the second floor was a bit uncomfortable according to my teenaged daughter but the other beds were perfect!
