Big specious property. Fantastic location. The host Gary couldn’t do enough to accommodate my requests for early check in. Will be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property was much more spacious than it looked from the photographs, set across 3 floors (with 2 bedrooms on the top floor, living space in the middle, and a large bedroom with bathroom on the lower floor). It was very clean throughout and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. It was in a gorgeous peaceful location looking out at the countryside. Having the log fire with logs etc was really nice. It has a lovely outside area but we didn’t use it as it was a short stay.
It was a short drive or around a 15-minute walk to Sedbergh centre, which was fine for us but just something to be aware of.
The 3 floors are connected via quite a steep spiral staircase. Again, this wasn’t a problem with our children aged 7 and 5 but may be more tricky with younger ones or elderly.

Clean and spacious, every amenity included, comfortable bed. A character property close to Sedbergh and local walks.
Very little. Access could be a challenge if you have an oversized vehicle. It was just ok for our LWB campervan.
