Great apartment. Fully renovated like new. Plenty of space. Very clean and comfortable. Lift was reliable. Staff responded quickly to an issue with the washing machine.
We struggled to get a hot shower for our entire week. We reported it and supposedly a technician attended but the issue persisted. It's my only complaint.

Great location and the apartment is really spacious. Check-in well-orhanised
The washing machine was broken. Would have been helpful to know that in advance while packing. Promised a partial refund which never materialised despite several reminders. Showers went cold on and off, it was impossible to shower in the smaller one without it flooding. Patchy wifi. Dirty towel with predecessor's makeup on in one of the drawers. Duvets kept falling out of IKEA covers with no turn-up. Currently a big building site nearby where they start work early in the morning.
