Eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete, , gut ausgestattete und großzügige Wohnung mit Balkon. Besonders toll waren für uns mit 6 Personen die 3 Schlafzimmer, die Couch war somit kein Schlafplatz, das findet man nicht so oft.

Warmes Wasser lief beim Duschen nur kurzzeitig, war für uns nicht weiter tragisch, da wir in einer sehr warmen Zeit in Rom waren, das sollte aber überprüft werden. Ausserdem wäre eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln gut, da es diese im Supermarkt um die Ecke zu kaufen gibt.

Ruim appartement, zeker geschikt voor 4-6 personen. 2 ruime 2 pers slaapkamers + 2 badkamers. 1 persoon op een slaapbank geslapen. Prima voor een paar nachtjes.

Eerste douche moment koud water. CV bleek niet juiste druk te bevatten. Was snel in contact met host. Hij stuurde youtube filmpje op om water bij te vullen. Gedaan waarna weer warm water. Volgende dag zelfde probleem. Weer water bijgevuld. Bij host aangegeven dat dit geen toeval kan zijn en tevens aangegeven dat dit voor een volgende huurder opgelost moet worden. Host gaf aan dit te gaan regelen.

Staying in this apartment in Rome was an absolutely incredible experience—truly deserving of five stars in every way. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, nestled in a charming neighborhood within walking distance of iconic landmarks, yet quiet enough to feel like a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with classic Roman character. It was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to a super comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The natural light pouring in through the windows gave the space such a warm and inviting atmosphere. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the host. They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time—offering fantastic local recommendations and making check-in and check-out completely seamless. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Rome, this apartment is it. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable and comfortable Roman getaway.

The location was amazing and the balcony added to the aesthetics and the vibe. There was an elevator to reach the apartment, which was helpful when we arrived with our luggage. There was a guide to Rome in the apartment with restaurant recommendations and places to visit, which was a nice touch. The property was spacious and the area was quiet, which made for a good night sleep.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the boiler. This resulted in no hot water for the duration of our stay. Ice cold showers were not pleasant and it limited the use of the washing machine and dish washer, as they did not receive hot water either. The host advised that the issue would be fixed before the next guests arrived, but after we left. This negatively impacted our stay and we received no compensation for the lack of basic hot water access. It put a damper on the trip. Had the hot water/ boiler been in working condition, the property would have been a dream.
