La paella pesa moltíssim i no és cap broma.

Overall, property was as expected, plenty of room for our family of 5. Instructions were provided ahead of time and we had no issue getting into the property. The location was convenient for our needs. There are a few shops, cafes, restaurants nearby including 24hr pharmacy, grocery store and a great Gelateria! All our basic needs were taken care of, plenty of bath towels and all necessary supplies. Coffee/tea was provided. There is no automatic coffee machine but Moka pots provided and we were very thankful! No issues with the washing machine, it was great to have access to it. We also appreciated dishwasher. Lastly, the elevator was a life savior.

We had minor issues and some of the things were addressed right away: ants were at the property before our arrival but we found some spray. Host explained it is an issue in Rome due to heat, so it was understandable and bug spray provided was appreciated. The water heater in bathrooms wasn't regulated and it was inconvenient to take showers. Host was notified, someone came in to fix the issue but it did not get fixed, we still had issue with hot water not regulating during our entire stay. Not every light fixture was working, the bathroom one was fixed right away. Lastly, the safe was provided with no key/no instructions and host ignored our message regarding it.

Eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete, , gut ausgestattete und großzügige Wohnung mit Balkon. Besonders toll waren für uns mit 6 Personen die 3 Schlafzimmer, die Couch war somit kein Schlafplatz, das findet man nicht so oft.

Warmes Wasser lief beim Duschen nur kurzzeitig, war für uns nicht weiter tragisch, da wir in einer sehr warmen Zeit in Rom waren, das sollte aber überprüft werden. Ausserdem wäre eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln gut, da es diese im Supermarkt um die Ecke zu kaufen gibt.

The location was amazing and the balcony added to the aesthetics and the vibe. There was an elevator to reach the apartment, which was helpful when we arrived with our luggage. There was a guide to Rome in the apartment with restaurant recommendations and places to visit, which was a nice touch. The property was spacious and the area was quiet, which made for a good night sleep.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the boiler. This resulted in no hot water for the duration of our stay. Ice cold showers were not pleasant and it limited the use of the washing machine and dish washer, as they did not receive hot water either. The host advised that the issue would be fixed before the next guests arrived, but after we left. This negatively impacted our stay and we received no compensation for the lack of basic hot water access. It put a damper on the trip. Had the hot water/ boiler been in working condition, the property would have been a dream.
