Marco is a very friendly and helpful host. The space is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the outside area is a real bonus (it is covered so you can enjoy whatever the weather). The space was extremely clean which is great. The beds were comfortable and there is lots of storage for your luggage.
There are lots of pans/ plates/ mugs for eating/ cooking, a large fridge freezer and a full sized dining table and a coffee machine.
Very minor point but there isn’t a large knife or chopping board so prepping family meals is not the easiest, however, it’s adequate for low prep meals or of course eating out!

Mi è piaciuto tutto, soltanto un piccolo neo, ma facilmente risolvibile, il lavandino in bagno veramente troppo piccolo e ribadisco facilmente risolvibile perché lo spazio c'è

La struttura in sé non è male. È abbastanza spaziosa, i letti non molto grandi ma comodi e certamente dotata dei comfort base indicati anche nella descrizione. Il soggiorno in generale è stato piacevole ed esente di problemi. La posizione è vicina al lungomare e gli host disponibili.
Diciamo che le foto della casa tendono certamente ad abbellirla, la struttura infatti sembrava dotata di un terrazzo, invece è a piano terra, e separata dalla casa degli ospitanti solo da una staccionata alta. Forse è un dettaglio che specificherei per chi vuole un po’ più di privacy. Inoltre, il parcheggio è difficoltoso da trovare attorno alla struttura.
