Beautiful apartment, very spacious and good location for everything
Serana was very helpful throughout our stay, always on hand to answer any questions, the location is close to the train station and free parking is only 5 minutes away at Parcheggio Via Ciabattini. The location is a traditional authentic italian area and you will find a very nice park only minutes away and the beach a 10-15 minute walk aswell

Abbiamo alloggiato un paio di notti, ma sarebbe ideale anche per permanenze più lunghe.
La posizione era ottima, a pochi minuti dalla stazione e dalla spiaggia, con bar e supermercati vicini. La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile, l'appartamento spazioso, luminoso e fornito di tutto il necessario.
Unica cosa negativa mancava un asciugamano, ma siamo riuscite a organizzarci tranquillamente con gli altri

Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert.
Die Wohnung und die Möbel sind alt und abgewohnt, teilweise defekt und fleckig. Die Fenster sind zum Teil einfach verglast und bieten keinen Schutz vor dem Straßenlärm. Schimmel in der Dusche und kaputte Fliesen. Einen Parkplatz muss man sich in der Nähe suchen, kostenpflichtig mit Münzeinwurf. Nebenan wurde renoviert und die Arbeiten mit Vorschlaghammer und Schlagbohrmaschine starteten um 8.00.

Tilava, valoisa asunto kerrostalon toisessa kerroksessa. Kiinteistössä ei ole hissiä, joten varaudu kiipeämään portaita. Avarat huoneet, kahdella isolla parvekkeella. Parvekkeissa upeat kukkaistutukset. Lisäksi asunnossa on pyykinpesukone ja kaasuliesi. Sijainti rauhallisella asuinalueella, kävelymatkan päässä kaupasta, rannasta, keskustasta ja rautatieasemasta. Lähistöllä ilmaista parkkitilaa autolle. Asunnon omistaja ystävällinen ja kohtelias ja hän vastaa viesteihin nopeasti.
Asunto on tiloiltaan hieno, mutta kaipaa päivitystä tietyissä asioissa, jotta vaikutelma olisi neljän tähden veroinen. Päivitystä kaipaa mm. epäkäytännölliset puiset vaatekaapit, sängyt, olohuoneen sohva, keittiön kaapistot sekä wc pönttö. Lisäksi makuuhuoneiden patjat ovat huonossa kunnossa, tahraiset ja likaiset. Siivouksen tasoon tulisi kiinnittää huomiota paljon enemmän. Asunnossa yksi ilmastointilaite, mikä ei viilennä asuntoa kovilla helteillä tarpeeksi hyvin. Jouduimme nukkumaan ikkunat auki, joten aamulla makuuhuoneisiin kuului liikenteen melu. WiFi toimii vain osassa huoneista. Asunnossa ei ollut kylpyhuoneessa pesuaineita eli suihkusaippua ja shampoo puuttuivat. Tilalla oli ainoastaan yksi kova saippua. Keittiön kaikki paistinpannut ja osa kattiloista oli erittäin huonossa kunnossa. Bookingissa oli varatessa kuvia asunnosta, mitkä eivät liittyneet tähän asuntoon mitenkään. Asunnossa esimerkiksi ei ole terassia, vaan kaksi parveketta.
