Die Lage in Viareggio ist gut, Promenade und Strand zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Terrasse ist sehr gut, bis Nachmittag hat man dort sogar Schatten. Freundliche Gastgeber. Info: es gibt in der näheren Umgebung nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze für 8€/Tag und in Viareggio selbst keinen kostenfreien öffentlichen Strand (bei den Bagnos zahlt man ca 20€/Tag für eine Liege mit Schirm), dafür muss man ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in den nächsten Ort fahren.
Leider war die Spülmaschine bereits von Anfang an kaputt und ging die gesamte Woche nicht, das hätte man früher prüfen und reparieren können. Die Geräusche von der Straße waren nicht störend, ab ca 22/23 - 7 Uhr morgens war es sehr ruhig. Allerdings ist es im Haus selbst sehr hellhörig, es wurde noch spät laut gerufen und mit den Türen geknallt, was mit kleinem Baby, das früh schlafen geht, nicht so optimal war 🙁

Fijn terras! Alles aanwezig om te kunnen koken. De eigenaar gaf me een fiets voor de week waardoor ik me goed kon verplaatsen. Super attent! Dichtbij het station voor uitstapjes naar Lucca, Pisa, etc. Maar ook dichtbij de boulevard en het strand. Allemaal makkelijk te doen op loopafstand.
Het is erg gehorig, maar dat is vrijwel in elke (oud) huis in Italië. Neem dus oordopjes mee als je daar gevoelig voor bent. In de nacht is het wel gewoon stil. Het bed vond ik erg hard, maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur.
