I liked the city but I won't go back for the beaches.

Nice flat in Viareggio near centre and lungomare

Clean and spacious house. Very comfortable and with a parking space we had a wonderful time. Laura was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

A lovely and cosy place which was key to a magnificent vacation.

The place is lovely and so were the hosts. The appartment was well equipped with everything you needed to spend a lovely holiday there. Super clean and cosy, walking distance to the beach and with a parking space reserved. Very quiet neighbourhood and close to shops, park and the sea. Absolutely magnificent!

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, aber bitte Dusche und Heizung reparieren!

Perfekte Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Es gab gelegentlich Probleme und man ist sofort gekommen. Wir durften früher einchecken. Auch das Auschecken war absolut unkompliziert. Auch ein sich spontan ergebender 6. Gast wurde problemlos und ohne Aufpreis akzeptiert. Folglich sind wir dankbar.

Die Therme (Warmwasser und Heizung) war defekt: Man konnte nur 1 Minute warm duschen, bis das Wasser eiskalt wurde. Das war nicht schön, Es gab eine Heizung (was sehr angenehm war!), allerdings leckte sie. Das war aber eigentlich nicht weiter schlimm. Eines Tages hatten wir Probleme mit dem Abfluss (ich beschreibe lieber nicht näher...). Gut das die Hausherrin sofort kam...

Keyifli bir tesis

Tesiste çok keyifli beş gün geçirdik. Sahipleri çok ilgi, tatlı ve yardımseverlerdi. Bir evden beklenecek her türlü ekipmana sahipti. Oldukça rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Sahile ve alışveriş yerlerine yürüme mesafesindeydi. Bulunduğu konum çok merkeziydi. Kendisine ait bir otoparkının olması tesisin en önemli özelliklerinden biriydi. Tesise yeniden gelmeyi iple çekiyoruz. Yeniden konaklamak için asla başka alternatif düşünmeden yine CASA ILIANA’yı tercih ederiz.

Mutfağında tuz, biber yağ gibi temel kullanım malzemeleri olmasını isterdik.

Lo staff sempre presente ! La ragazza e la Signora sono due persone gentilissime e pronte a venire incontro, mi hanno allungato l orario di check out lasciandomi libera di andare via con calma ..

Parcheggio interno stretto ..si fa fatica a entrare e uscire.a volte x evitare di fare troppe manovre lasciavo l auto fuori sul parcheggio sulla strada

Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare. Ha 2 minuti di auto c'è un grosso supermercato.

Ottimo il posto auto, visto che ci sono quasi esclusivamente parcheggi a pagamento.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Sehr freundlicher entgegenkommender Vermieter, sehr flexibel in Bezug auf check-in und check-out. Sehr schöne große Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und auch sehr saueber. Gelegen in einer ruhigen Gegend, alles wichtige - Promenade, Geschäfte, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel - in fußläufiger Nähe zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.
