The location is perfect

The house was clean and comfortable and just about 1/2 a mile from the coast, which took no time to walk. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms were clean and beds comfortable It's in a lovely little area where all the neighbours are friendly. Great shop just a few hundred yards down the road that sells everything. Excellent chinese nearby that delivers very quickly and very reasonably priced. There is parking outside and we had no issues parking on the road outside, we parked literally outside the front gate everytime.

There is a porch light but it didn't work. We eventually arrived around 5.30pm and it was dark so the light would have helped but apart from that there was no downside to our stay.

Amazing location. Perfect facilities. Comfortable furniture. Could not have asked for anything more! Thanks again

Location to Southwold Bedrooms comfortable Large efficient oven

Misleading description property is a row of terraces so parking not guaranteed Garden is not maintained garden furniture either broken , old or not cleaned . BBQ is a small kettle max for family of 4 . Requested Cot , high chair which was confirmed. Cot wasn’t provided when we arrived . If they are going to provide hand soap salt and pepper then this needs to be replaced or topped up Fantastic that recycling is in place however instructions not clear or previous stay didn’t bother . Unable to put rubbish is black bin it was full when we arrived and flys everywhere.
