This would have been an ideal property but we wanted self catering and that was not possible without a proper fridge.

Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, newly and stylishly decorated

The fridge freezer was broken and only a very small counter top fridge was given as a replacement. It was far too small for a party of 8. The house is let by a company and not a private individual, so we were surprised that such a poor substitute was given, this type of issue must come up from time to time.

Excellent stay let down by the outside of the property

Lovely house and clean inside. Good location on quiet road but short walk to beach and town centre

The grass needed a cut, the outdoor furniture was dirty so we had to clean it. The outside space was neglected and untidy with broken pots, leaves and general detritus. For such an expensive hire I expected the outside to be as good as the inside and it wasn't. The BBQ was decidedly unhygienic so we could not use it.

Loved the fact that we could walk to the beach and high street in a few a minutes.

Fantastic, relaxing birthday celebrations

Was booked to celebrate our mum's 70th birthday and she couldnt believe we were staying here when we turned up. Location was excellent, very quiet neighbourhood, brilliant range of crockery including plastic (for our 3 year old or in the garden) in the kitchen. Plenty of room for the 8 of us including lots of different areas to sit and read or chat and enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine. Garden was enclosed particularly important for us with our 3 year old and the dog.

Said there would be coals for the bbq but we couldn't find them so had to use a disposable. Also the fan on the oven was intermittent so very difficult to time any cooking in there.

A spacious, modern, well equipped & tastefully furnished house with a private garden & good parking facilities, in an excellent location. Thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable.

The metal bed frames & creaky staircase only because we had a baby with us who was a light sleeper!

the pictures tell the story as it is! a true reflection, a classy residence in a classy location, 11 minutes walk from the sea and the shops, nice restaurants and pubs.

I question the value for money out of season? £960 for 3 nights! this is a genuine question rather than a negative comment?
