Beds were comfortable, shower was good, after a bit of fiddling. Everything nice and clean. Help was readily available when we needed it. We found a foot path across the fields to Walberswick, as it is not safe to walk in the road (too narrow, no space to duck out of the way of oncoming cars)
The kitchenette had a toaster and a microwave... a little hob would've been good.

The room was lovely and spacious, far bigger than I anticipated
The radiators didn't seem to warm up at all so made it feel very cold

The accommodation was very basic, but nothing to not like. Clean and everything was there.
