Property is well located, close to the centre of town and was well equipped. The outside space with pool is a bonus for a property in this location. Overall it a great property for a family wanting to be close to a town.

Access to the property is either through a garage that could do with some TLC or from a rear alley.

There’s just something off about the whole experience. I didn’t care for the property management company. There were excessive demands for a simple 4 night stay and I had to make multiple payments outside of booking.com to rent linens for an exorbitant amount, pay a deposit, pay a tourist tax, etc. For check-in, you must meet with a concierge in person, so you better know exactly when you’ll arrive. Check out is similar in that you’re supposed to meet someone from the property management team to go through an inventory check-list in person. In my case, they forgot to contact me and I ended up hiding the keys and hoping for the best. This expectation should be made very clear in the listing since it isn’t really disclosed until it’s too late to cancel and it’s a difficult requirement to meet when traveling. We didn’t opt for the cleaning service which was a mistake. At check in, the concierge pointed out multiple known stains so that I wouldn’t be at fault for them (great), but in general, the property wasn’t clean enough to be making a big deal about these stains in the first place. It made me really paranoid the whole time about not living up to standards of cleanliness that weren’t really warranted. One last thing, the odd choice of jute carpet in the bedrooms is really, truly a terrible feeling on bare feet.
