És un apartament ampli, amb un bon espai per estar i taula menjador. Dutxa i WC estan de costat però en dos espais independents. Està molt ben equipat.
El llum de l'espai d'estar i el de l'habitació (separats per una cortina) no són independents. El llum de l'espai del menjador no fa gaire claror.

Bonjout beau et propre le souci cest les volets qui font passer la lumiere et surtout la musique avec la presence d'un pub en bas de l'mmeuble.

It was roomy with a nice couch. It was very central. The kitchen has lots of items from which to use.
Pillows were thin. We rode our bikes to the apartment. There were no instructions as to where to put the bikes. Also, the keys were in a masterbox lock but there were three boxes to choose from.

L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux, clair et bien équipé. Il est situé au centre de la ville, donnant sur une petite place. On se gare facilement pas loin.
Un bémol : les trois soirées de vendredi samedi dimanche ont été bruyantes . Une terrasse de brasserie se situe sous les fenêtres , et le son des voix et de la musique parviennent à l'appartement . L'isolation phonique est efficace, mais on ne peut garder les fenêtres ouvertes.
