Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:
1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.
2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.
4. No smoking inside the apartment.
5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.
6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.
7. Tourist tax of €10.45 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.
8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Monday to Friday: 8PM - 12AM - €40; After 12AM - €60. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: Until 8PM - €30; After 8PM - €60 (paid in cash or by card).
9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.
10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.
11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

The location was great. My family and I felt very safe. The Urgell metro station is close by and a few bus stops are also nearby. Many grocery stores are easily walkable, including Mercadona and Ametller Origen. The space was plenty big for three people. There is a long hallway with doors off the hallway for the master bedroom (with connecting bathroom), very small secondary bedroom, secondary bathroom, small room with desk and closet space, kitchen, and living room. The air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom was great albeit a little loud. The living room is on the street so it is louder with street noise, but the bedrooms are quiet.The washing machine and kitchen space are ideal for longer stays. You'll need to purchase any cooking ingredients (oil and seasoning) and consumable supplies (paper towels, saran wrap, laundry detergent). Shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap are providedCheck in was coordinated via WhatsApp. Someone met us at the apartment with the keys. Note there is a fee for late check-ins. It was 40 euros for our 10 pm check in. Coordination was easy.Please note: The apartment is located 4 floors up and you will need to walk the stairs. It is tiring, especially with luggage.Also, there is no air conditioning in the very small bedroom with the twin bed. My teenage son spent some time in the room but decided the living room was far more comfortable during the heat wave.
