About this house rental
Plenty of room in this newly remodeled downtown Salida home! Close to all of the action downtown but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of a historic neighborhood. Off-street parking, central A/C and heated tile floors in the bathrooms are a few of the modern conveniences at this home. Walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops downtown Salida has to offer including Riverside Park on the Arkansas River. A quick drive to Monarch Mountain as well, We look forward to hosting you at our place.

This is a beautiful, comfortable house within walking distance from downtown Salida. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The decor in the house was really pretty. A few things listed as available, i.e. coffee, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, were not on the property, but the property manager was quickly responsive and had these delivered the next day. I also noted that the description says wheelchair accessible - I think this may be an accidental error as there is no ramp. Overall I had a wonderful stay and I love this town. A few things to note - the lighting in the living room and dining room is quite dim making it a bit hard to read - this could easily be fixed by changing to a lighter colored light fixture. The street also is a bit of a thoroughfare street for cars - there were a lot of cars and trucks passing by throughout the day, but most of the time this didn't bother me, and I could not hear any street traffic from the bedroom. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house was neat and clean. There was a bed in the office to accommodate for our 3 children. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals.The front yard looks nice but the backyard is not so pretty.

Great property. We loved sitting at the outdoor patio space for morning coffee and meals. Enjoyed the large grassy yard and quiet neighborhood.
