About this apartment rental
Located within walking distance to all downtown locations. Minutes from hiking and biking trails, spas, hot springs and shopping. All businesses have been approved by the CDPH and have appropriate distancing measures in place. Want to avoid the crowds? Takeout and curbside pickup is available at most shopping and dining locations. Come visit Salida and safely feed your soul with much needed time out of your home and into ours.
This condo features an open concept first level with a half bathroom, free WiFi, large flat screen, smart TV (with cable so you can enjoy the big game!), Blu ray player and a sleeper sofa couch. If cooking is your passion you'll enjoy using our fully stocked kitchen with all of your essential cooking tools provided and complete with a dishwasher as well as a grill for your outdoor BBQ needs. Our kitchen includes complimentary coffee, teas, and much more for your convenience.
Upstairs you'll find a new washer and dryer and the supplies needed to use them. Two master bedroom suites, one with a king bed and the other with two twins, both with fresh linens and bathrooms with complimentary toiletries (one walk-in shower, one bathtub).
If you have a larger party consider renting the adjoining condo Unit D (Vrbo # 1766522) which also sleeps 6 and provides the same amenities but features a queen bed in place of the two twin beds.
As you drift off to sleep thinking about your epic day spent in Salida, Colorado rest assured you will sleep well as each room of the house has an independent thermostat control with heat and air conditioning. This is a completely hypoallergenic home and each mattress and pillow in the condo is encased for your protection. Great condo. Really new and nice amenities. Air conditioning in every bedroom for great sleeping conditions. Was stocked with essentials for arrival and 2 blocks of grocery store and 2-3 blocks of everything in downtown Salida = GREAT Location!!.
Highly recommend staying at this great Condo!!

This condo is located in downtown Salida and is in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and the river.
The unit is comfortable, set up for families, well furnished and has plenty of seating. The owners provided a lovely basket of treats and the kitchen is equipped with starter items like coffee and creamer, spices and oils. Beds are comfy and each bedroom has their own bath. There’s a cute little patio off the back but didn’t get to use it due to snow.

Property was comfortable, new, modern, immaculate and extremely well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Conveniently located in downtown area near the river park. Short walk to restaurants, shopping, neighborhood park with playground and basketball courts and the river park area. The two reserved adjacent parallel parking spots was perfect for us as we had our side-by-side on a trailer.

Our family has stayed at many condos and this was the one of the best with regard to amenities and comfort for a young family. The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to Fibark events and family fun like the Arcade and park. The first floor entry made it easy to unload and load with ample and safe parking locations. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
