Probably wouldn’t recommend. Firstly, there was no microwave. This was not a major issue but just an inconvenience because we were able to heat up food via the oven. My wife was very displeased with the fact that we adopted a used sponge for the dishes. The stovetop was very uncooperative and took forever to heat up and never heated to a boil for water. There were issues with insects that mainly just bothered my children. We also noticed the light fixture above our bed needed to be cleaned as there were tons of dead insects inside. The wood floors creaked quite a bit but this was fine and just added to the old feel of the apartment (definitely something worth considering before choosing however). Not a bad location. There are some decent dining options nearby. If you are looking to launch from here to Europa park, it’s squarely a 25 minute drive but you can count on traffic along the main route.. placing the time to around 30-45 minutes. Lastly, I do not appreciate the lack of communication from the owners. There is an App that YOU MUST download to access your apartment. It’s shows as a recommendation during the welcome email. It should be emphasized much better and instructions for how to use it should be laid out much clearer. In order for the App to work, you must have your Bluetooth enabled. You must receive a code but can only receive the code after downloading the app and associating with your phone number. Overall not a great experience.
