Spacious, great location, hygiene could be better

The apartment is spacious and we really enjoyed the balcony. Bed was comfortable and AC great on warm days. Great location.

The first impression was not so good. Upstairs it smelled really bad from the bathroom. A few spots were not cleaned well enough. The coffee machine looked unappetising for example. Even after complaining nothing was done to fix any of it. Wooden floors are very squeaky. Entrance only via an app. If your phone runs out of battery you'd have a problem.

Lahr is a very good town. Black forest and europa park are close by. The apartment is well equipped. There is an elevator. Apartment is well furnished. Host is helpful and prompt in replies.

The services were poor. It seemed like apartment is not cleaned regularly and supplies are not replenished. The toilet paper was not available. Upon requesting for the same we were told to manage it ourselves. The chimney of the stove was not working. The apartment was not clean. The linens were smelly. All the utensils were inside the dish washer. There is no air conditioner like most apartments in europe. During summer would not recommend this place.

Superb

Really nice apartment, well designed, clean,, in a central place, with comfortable car parking. Has almost any needed staff in the apartment! It has a washing machine! Which is such an improvement!

Once again, it is a great place! Just need to improve (fix) the sink in the kitchen (the water stuck in the sink until you lift the sink clog manually, as the mechanism that must lift it is not functioning). And to give some more base dishes, like salad bowl, cutting board.

the bathroom is big and has an open shower. When you take a shower the whole bathroom is wet. Also the water didn’t go away really well.

The location is very central, beautiful Altstadt. the property is very clean and modern, in a house matching the style of the Old town.

It was not something that I really did not like, but I could have appreciated the beds to be done. after a day of traveling you expect and clean warm bed, but I needed to put the bedsheets myself on.

Great location

The apartment is super clean and well-equipped. The design was great. It looks like that it has been recently renovated. The main entrance has some steps but there is a lift inside the house which is convenient. We had a really comfortable stay. The checkin and checkout were easy and straightforward. The contact person was highly responsive.

As a family with a toddler, we found, the open stairs were risky for the toddler. Side rails would be really helpful. I am being picky here. I think, previous guests smoked in the room and I did not like the smoke smell. There were many windows so I could ventilate the room often.

Disappointing

Beautiful apartment with lovely polished floors and recently refurbished. Clean and attractive. Dishwasher, washing machine, big TV. Nice shower. We could check out late after our car was vandalized.

Beds were not made up upon arrival. No curtains in bedroom Only 2 parking spaces for multiple apartments. As a result we had to park on the street. Our car was vandalized in the night and someone attempted to steal our bikes. There is a club just outside the apartment which was extremely noisy into the early hours.

Im großen und Ganzen gut , war schon paar mal da, aber etwas vernachlässigt , gehört doch das ein oder andere erneuert .

Fehlender Nachttisch plus Licht am Bett. Unangenehmer Putzmittel Geruch in der Wohnung . Kein Salz und Pfeffer und nur drei Kaffeekapseln zu Verfügung gleichzeitig aber steht man solle Betten abziehen und Handtücher in Behälter für Schmutzwäsche tun . Dauer automatisch aus und angehender Dampfabzug plus Licht .. auch nachts - nervig . Für den Preis etwas … naja

Logement chaleureux mais manque de confort.

Appartement chaleureux, accès à la résidence et à l'appartement directement via une application sur le smartphone, pas de clé ni code ! Le lit dans la chambre est confortable.

Logement proposé comme ayant 2 chambres alors que non, il y a une seule chambre, le deuxième lit est le canapé dans le salon qui n'est pas du tout confortable et qui grince dès qu'on bouge en plus d'être tordu de partout. On entends les voisins du dessus marcher. La lumière de la hotte s'allume toute seule dans la nuit à plusieurs reprises. Compliqué pour se garer, normalement on est censé avoir une place mais un soir cette dernière était prise, obligé de se garer dans la rue, et le matin une autre voiture s'est garée derrière la notre (qui était du coup sur la place de parking du logement) nous bloquant...

Spartanisch ausgestattet und extrem unbequemes Schlafsofa

Die Lage ist gut, sofern man kein Auto dabei hat und keinen Parkplatz benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend in der Nähe vorhanden.

Das Schlafsofa war beschädigt und extrem unbequem. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auf das Allernötigste beschränkt. Es war nur sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden, nicht einmal ein Satz einheitliche Gläser für 4 Personen, obwohl die Wohnung für diese Anzahl vorgesehen ist. Wäre mehr Geschirr vorhanden, würde auch der Geschirrspüler Sinn ergeben. So wird er wahrscheinlich nie genutzt werden. Die Abzugshaube über dem Herd ließ sich nicht bedienen, da die dazugehörige Fernbedienung defekt war. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Zum Haus selbst gehören nur 2 Parkplätze. Sind diese belegt, muss man sehr weit außerhalb parken oder das Parkhaus bezahlen.

Tolle Lage, aber Wohnung nicht in gutem Zustand

Das Bett war bequem, direkt in der Innenstadt, Aufzug, digitaler Schlüssel fürs Handy (App).

Zwei Parkplätze für 10 Wohnungen, Parken in der Nähe (ausgenommen Parkhaus) schwierig. Wir sind nicht etepetete aber es war vorallem in Küche und Bad nicht sauber. Die Badewanne wollte ich nicht nutzen, die Waschbecken und Toilette waren lediglich mal abgewischt worden. Sämtliches Geschirr war klebrig oder schmierig. Wir mussten alles erstmal spülen. Der Gefrierschrank im Kühlschrank lässt sich nicht ordentlich schließen, da zu viel Eis. Die Kaffeemaschine und der wasserkocher waren nicht nutzbar, da zu viel Kalk. Egal was man anfasst oder daran vorbeistreift, es geht kaputt, zum Beispiel das ende der küchenzeile, die Nachttische, der klopapierhalter... es gab für uns beide lediglich eine Zimmerkarte. Man hat kein Personal gesehen, kein Ansprechpartner oder Reinigungspersonal vor Ort.

L’hygiène : taches de rouge à lèvre sur une housse de coussin, taches de rouge à lèvre sur un verre, paquet de préservatif usagé sous le lit. Bruit du voisinage jusqu’à 2:00 du matin.

Lugar bien situado para visitar selva negra y Alsacia francesa

Se entraba a través de una app cuando quisieras Comunicación con dueño rápida. Localización del piso en el centro. La cocina estaba cómoda.

Solo 2 plazas de aparcamiento para 10-11 apartamentos. Muchas ventanas sin cortinas ni estores en el salón donde dormían los niños entrando mucha claridad por la mañana.
