We wanted to use the sauna as the booking said it was free, but the owner said it was too expensive to turn it on on if we want it we have to pay for it. They make us pay for the breakfast on those days as well when there was no breakfast at all.

A good two nights, within a short drive of Europa Land. Lovely staff

We stayed in the hotel across the road, not the one as shown on the website. Restaurant and bar downstairs with no noise coming from it. Very handy.

Nice space room, friendly stuff

Close to EuropaPark, nice small city. We stayed in the Gasthaus area, appartment for 4. It was nice divided into two rooms, so also good for couples and two bathrooms. Very nice space. Good breakfast for 8.5e as well.

No food is served after 21:30, but they directed us to nice doner place near by so all worked out.

absolutely nothing I asked for Lahr and they have given at Friesenheim Ridiculous even didn’t bother to change bad Pungent smell don’t difficult to breath and first took me knor which was worse than what I got

Our larger appartment was awesome, we could have easily fit in with the whole 7 person family.

Would come again if the windows had curtains or airco in the other room aswell..

The 2 rooms were very big and had everything we needed. The balcony was also big.

we were on the top floorroof/ attic and that was great but because we had the attic the room it was VERY VERY warm. We had an airco on one side of the room, but not on the other, so it got warm very fast. Also the windows had no curtains so light came in the room immediately. Didn't have the time to rest completely.

Es gab einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz und einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Der Rest war so lala.

Wir waren nicht im Hotel Eisberg untergebracht, sondern in der benachbarten Krone, die gerade renoviert wird. Über das Eisberg kann ich somit nichts sagen, außer, dass am Klingelschild mehrere Postkästen mit ausländischen Namen vorhanden sind, was ich für ein Hotel eher ungewöhnlich finde. Ist das jetzt ein Wohnhaus oder ein Hotel? In der Krone wurde der Rezeptionsbereich renoviert und war somit eine Baustelle, Biergarten und Bar hatten daher nicht offen und es hätte einen schöne Dachterrasse gegeben, die aber auch nicht nutzbar war. Wir hatten eigentlich mit Balkon gebucht, aber ich habe am ganzen Haus keine Balkone gesehen. Alles in alles nicht sehr einladend alles. Das Zimmer war prinzipiell in Ordnung, außer dass die Klospülung ab und zu durchlief und der Kühlschrankwürfel lieblos auf dem Boden stand - zumindest gab es einen.
