Great night

Big room with huge bathroom. Good distance from Europapark.

Shower didn't get very hot.

Decent place for the price.

First breakfast was cooked to order scrambled eggs-excellent. 2nd morning we started a bit later all eggs were cold. They don’t know how to cook bacon. The rest of the selection was very good.

Mattresses could be a little thicker but they were adequate.

The room was clean. I was offered a lift from the train station, which was great. Clean sheets and bathroom, comfortable hotel.

The hotel is far from the Friesenheim train station on foot. Trains to Offenburg run only every hour.

It was an old-fashioned, beautiful hotel. It was very big and clean. We had a room with queen bed adjoins to room with twin beds.

It was a bit cold. The reception didn't know English.

Hotel directly located next to heavy traffic crossing - quite noisy. Equipment rather old. The toilet flush broke down in the middle of the night... Rather unfortunate.

Perfect location for a driver's pit stop for a night

The Hotel is in a perfect pit stop location for people driving on the highway. We were delayed which didn't allow us to arrive on the expected time (arrived after the Reception was already closed), but with a quick call we were able to get a solution. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The bedroom had a huge wardrobe which could not be opened. The furniture and the bed are a bit dated, but still nice and comfy for a night. Still, I will not have any problem to stay here again.

intense smell of cigarettes

it smelled like cigarettes, we even asked to change room because the first one smelled so intense but the second one was same. we also asked for a kettle, which we got but it was so dirty and disgusting that we could not use it. the only good thing was the receptionist she was nice and tried to help but it’s a bad hotel.

I was travelling on the motorway and need last minute a simple hotel near the motorway exit. The Hotel Krone worked out perfectly. Although it was late and the reception was "officially closed" I was welcomed without problem. Room was simple, clean, recently renovated (although the decor was a bit overdone)

Room does not have basic facilities like a Kettle, cups or refrigerator. The room is very stuffy as only a small portion of the window opens.

Check in was smooth, the lady at the reception was nice. Room was clean enough, shower, lights and chairs are broken though.

Was too hot in june, inside of hotel gets hotter than outside due to no air circulation, a few things were a bit broken, on tv not all big german channels worked, no fridge

Their birthrooms were very clean , very cormfotable bed and organised. Infact i like their rooms.

They didn't even put abottle of water inside the room. The fridge was empty. But may be is because of corona virus.

Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung

Im Zimmer hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken, laute Musik bis mindestens 1 Uhr nachts, laute Gäste bis 4 Uhr morgens, Duschkopf hat nicht in der Halterung gehalten, wenig Wasser beim duschen

Problemloser Check-In schon gegen Mittag, kostenloser Parkplatz, Zimmerwunsch zum Hof wurde selbstverständlich erfüllt.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn man Bemühungen erkennen kann, Stück für Stück zu erneuern.

Recht schöne, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, großer kostenloser Parkplatz, gutes Frühstück

Es sind zwar eigentlich recht schöne Zimmer, nur nagt der Zahn der Zeit an einigen Dingen. Die Abstellfläche für Duschgel in der Dusche hat nicht mehr richtig gehalten, die Toilettenspülung war defekt, sodass die Spülung hängen blieb und auch ansonsten waren einige Fugen einfach nicht mehr schön. Außerdem sehr schade, dass das Restaurant + Biergarten in diesem schönen Gebäude offensichtlich nie wieder aufmacht. Der Rezeptionsbereich ist sehr trist, einer der ehemaligen Gasträume + Bar ist komplett weiß gestrichen ohne jeglichen Dekoelementen an der Wand. Also bitte nicht den Infos der Website Glauben schenken, dort wird noch immer mit einem tollen und wunderschönen Restaurant geworben.

Horor Hotel, alles vies, kapot, smerig! Met behulp van Booking.com ons geld retour gekregen. Daarna ander hotel gezocht en geboekt.

Response timing

Le délais pour répondre a un message/email est beaucoup trop long. Réservation faite le 27 en matinée , message envoyé vers midi pour prévenir qu'on ne pourrait qu'être là entre 22 et 23h (après la fermeture classique du guichet à 22h). Nous avons renvoyez un message fin d'après midi pour demander des nouvelles. nous avons passée plusieurs coup de téléphone, sans réponse ... Nous avons donc du nous dépêcher en journée de peur de ne pas avoir d'endroit où dormir, n'ayant pas eu de réponse avant 21:21! (Nous disant qu'on pouvait arriver apres 22h
