Great location at a great price for large families

The property was conveniently located near Europapark, only about 15 minutes away. The property was spacious and had ample places to sleep for a large family. For the space provided and the location, the property was also very affordable.

A nice stay in a surprising luxurious room. With some improvements it can become a 10/10.

The room has reserved parking spaces. The room is spacious, clean and luxurious. The room has a dishwasher, washing machine and a large refrigerator.

We didn't trust the locks in the bathroom to get open again. So, we had to leave the doors unlocked while going to the toilet or shower... The new neighbors made too much noise too late in the evening. (Improve the isolation in the wall?)

Beautiful holiday home

Beautiful home, well equipped dining room with a 3m dining table. All the rooms were spacious and clean. The board games and outdoor hammock and garden were a hit with the kids. Stayed here as base to europa park, wasn't too far away.

Not much food in the area, but the kitchen made cooking easy.

Perfect stay near Europa park

The flat was huge and so beautifuly decirated. Had all the facilities we needed, well equiped and maintained and spotlessly clean. The garden and hammock were lovely And location right by Europa and Roluntica parks was just perfect, only a 15 min drive. Thank you for a wonderfull stay

Excellent value for the money

It's in an excellent location if you're about to visit Europa Park or Rulantica, only 15 minutes away by car. The apartment has everything you need, a quiet neighbourhood, and very comfortable beds. The communication with the host was fast and easy. Thank you, Kristen, for hosting us, and hopefully we'll see you again!

Bien placé, propre bien décoré mais froid peu d’isolation, jardin commun et porte donnant accès à notre appartement ne p

La décoration était très mignonne tout était équipés nous ne sommes rester que 2 nuits mais la cuisine était 100% équipée il y avait un sèche cheveux et des linges… les draps et coussin sentaient bon

Il faisait extrêmement froid surtout aux toilettes dans les quelles on ne pouvait absolument pas marcher pieds nus , la largeur de la douche était bien mais le jet était pas très puissant et quand on allumait le robinets ou tirions la chasse en même temps que la douche était en marche soit l’eau sortait bouillante soit elle sortait congelée. Dans ces mêmes toilettes il y avait une porte qui donnait sur l’extérieur qui ne se fermait pas à clé malgré la clé dans la serrure donc n’importe qui pouvait rentrer et s’était en vitre opaque donc on voyait quand même les silhouettes depuis l’extérieur sachant le jardin était commun avec plusieurs appartements (chose pas spécifiée lors de la réservation) on ne comprenait pas comment marchaient les chauffage ne venant pas du même pays le système de chauffage était pas le même que chez nous. Très peu d’isolation , on entendait les enfants courir jusqu’à pas d’heure et tôt le matin.

Deuxième séjour dans ce logement, et toujours aussi parfait! La localisation proche d’europapark, la tranquillité du quartier, le confort de l’appartement, la qualité des équipements, et la gentillesse de Kerstin, tout y est! Je vous le recommande!

Tolle Unterkunft gerne wider

Wir hatten zwar ein paar Probleme beim Einchecken und auch später (von unserer Seite aus), aber die Gastgeber waren absolut unglaublich! Sie reagierten sofort, unkompliziert und halfen uns selbst spät abends. Die kleine Unterkunft war zudem sehr gemütlich. Eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung – vielen Dank für diese Hilfsbereitschaft!

המיקום מצוין, 10 דק נסיעה לפארק אירופה ורולנטיקה. היינו בדירה מס 4, גדולה שהצליחה להכיל את כל הקבוצה, הדירה הייתה היה נקייה ומעוצבת בטוב טעם, היה מייבש מכונה כביסה ומדיח. המארחים מקסימים ממש.

אין מספיק כלים לבישול למשפחה גדולה (היינו 10 נפשות). הWiFi במטבח עבד פחות טוב, בחדרים עבד מעולה.

Tenía todas las comodidades necesarias para estancia, todos los electrodomésticos que necesitas incluso secadora, menaje suficiente, ubicación perfecta, parking en la puerta del apartamento, la zona es súper tranquila y la amabilidad de kerstin que te indicaba todo perfectamente. Sin dudarlo repetiriamos.

Gute Lage, aber etwas überteuert. Preis-Leistung passt nicht

Die Lage war gut zum Europapark und Rulantica. Appartement 3 war sehr geräumig. Jedes Appartement ist von Größe und Ausstattung unterschiedlich. Es waren zwei Spielplätze in der Nähe für die Kinder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es auch genügend.

Die Wohnung hat wenig Fenster, dadurch brauchte man immer elektrisches Licht. Es war sehr hellhörig. Die Familie über uns war sehr laut, aber um 22 Uhr war Ruhe. Wir hatten nur ein Kleinkind dabei, deshalb war es störend. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank. Die Wohnung ist älteres Baujahr, sieht man an den Türen, Fenster, Heizung, Stromleitungen.... ist aber durch das Mobiliar aufgewertet. Die Fotos auf Booking com sind sehr vorteilhaft fotographiert.

Geweldige host

Het contact met Kerstin verliep zo enorm soepel en snel, dat heb ik nog nooit ergend meegemaakt! Alles werd tot in de puntjes uitgelegd en was super goed geregeld. Bij vragen werd er telkens binnen enkele minuten al gereageerd!
