    Our stay at the hotel was good overall. We did experience some difficulty during check-in, which made the arrival a bit stressful. However, despite that experience, we really enjoyed the rooms, facilities, and convenient location.

    The location is around 10mins walk from the JR station and it is ok if the weather is fine. There are two convienance stores nearby. A local shopping center is just cross the road. The hotel staff is very helpful. The room size is reasonable, you can open 26inch suit case at back of the bed. The bathroom is bigger than normal bathroom in Tokyo area. The full height and full width curtain wall let you enjoy the beautiful view of Sapporo. There is lot of parking space at the basement, charge is reasonable.

    SAPPORO HOTEL by GRANBELL is situated in a quiet neighborhood about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Tanukikoji Shopping Street, making it remarkably convenient—especially if you are traveling by car. The room is relatively new, spacious, and features a large, comfortable bathroom. Additionally, the onsen on the 25th floor and the relaxation area on the 26th floor provide a wonderfully comfortable environment to wash away the day's fatigue. However, there is a noticeable issue with the air conditioning: whenever the unit is switched off, a strange odor—resembling body odor—emerges in the room. The smell disappears completely once the AC is turned back on and running at high power, but it consistently returns every time you step back into the room after the air conditioning has been off for a while.
