    We thought the room would be bigger, but it was rather smaller than we think. The space outside the room (from elevator to the room) was very narrow, just fit for a baby stroller. Overall, it was worth the money because other than that was exceptional.

    The facility was good enough for my little family, and the location was fine. However, be careful not to confuse this building with another one that has a very similar name. The first one is across from Family Mart, while the one I stayed at required a walk of about 250 meters.

    location is great, 10 minutes to JR station, close to Tokyu department store. HOWEVER, no English instruction on how to use the appliance. We tried to use the induction stove, plug the power and not on, cannot download the app to contact concierge - wrong country so can't download. After we worked around and able to download, you need to enter with Japanese and emergency not communicable as I don't speak Japanese. At the end, i need to buy a cheap kettle boil hot water for coffee.
