One of the best hotel I stay in Hokkaido due to it location that near train station. Clean but old staff abit attitude towards tourists.

Location of hotel is great, accessible to public transportation esp the basement link to Sapporo Station makes access easier for us with luggages. Plentiful shops, restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. We had the bigger rooms in the hotel, and we appreciate the size as we noted most hotels have very small size rooms. The room itself is well designed, with a separate seating area which is great. Amenities are adequate, and guests are welcomed to take provisions such as skincare, toothbrush sets etc at reception area. Reception staff are professional and helpful. The hotel has a launderette which is a plus. We love the executive lounge which is spacious and the provisions of snacks, ice lollies and drinks are such a delight. The only complaint is the room is dusty in parts, hopefully this is something the hotel can easily improvise on. This is a concern raised as some of us have allergies to dust. Otherwise overall a great and pleasant stay :)
