    best location next to JR station. like 3minutes walk and easy access to restaurants, malls and entertainment centre. a bit far if you looking to stay near Susukino or Donki. Hotel staff a bit short, restaurant rather dark like Bar ambience (not like it) i think this hotel best to cater business travellers instead of families especially with young children. Didnt see any kids during my 2 days stays and actually got a complaints from hotel staff because my boy was too loud. you can tell the target market for the hotel. maybe couple travellers or business purposes. staff is rather short and no staff during early morning check out at 5am

    It's very close to JR Sapporo station. One can walk places easily. Hotel Lobby is on the 2nd FL, a bit inconvenient if you want to grab some complimentary tea bags or coffee, but Lawson is on the first floor. Check in is using machine. Staff will greet you and help. Check out one can just drop the keys into a box on the first floor without going to the Lobby. So, it really requires minimum interaction with the hotel staff. Room is of good size. Beds are comfy and clean. Long hanger to hang wet stuff. A dehumidifier is also available. We had a twin room. Two comfortable beds ,one long sofa by the window and a long coffee table that doubles as a desk but no chair. We asked for a train view room and the view is great. The bathtub is quite deep and could be slippery, so be careful getting and out. A tiny counter/frige area right as you walk in, kind of in a weird location for it.

    We each had a large suitcase, so we were so glad we booked this hotel! It’s incredibly convenient to get to right after hopping off the JR—no dragging heavy luggage down the street. The hotel is very new, though the room was small and lacked a wardrobe (which is pretty standard for Japan). The staff were incredibly helpful; they even called our previous hotel to track down a lost item, arranged for it to be couriered over, and signed for the delivery. Huge thanks to them!
