    The hotel is about a 8-10 minutes walk from the JR Station and easy to find. We booked a twin room which is as stated. The reception staff did not seem as well trained as expected. It may partly be due to a language barrier, as questions asked in English often had to be repeated or rephrased before they were understood. Onsen was overcrowded especially during the evening or after dinner period which meant one cannot really relaxed in there. Showers were fully booked. One particular complaint I had was regarding our check out on Sunday, 30th August. Our departure coincided with road closures/blockades due to a sporting event, which directly affected the route we needed to take to reach the train station. As hotel guests checking out that day, I believe we should have been informed in advance about the road closures and advised to allow additional time for our onward journey. Unfortunately, no such information was provided to us. As a result, we were completely unaware of the disruption and had to deal with significant delays and difficulties getting to the station. We only just managed to catch our train, which caused considerable stress and could easily have resulted in us missing it altogether. I appreciate that the road closures were beyond the hotel's control. However, providing guests with timely information about significant local disruptions that could affect their departure is, in my view, a reasonable expectation of the hotel. I would therefore appreciate an explanation as to why guests checking out that day were not informed of the road closures, and I would ask you to consider what steps can be taken to ensure that this does not happen to future guests.

    This hotel is opened for 1.5 year and the carpet in our room has lots of "dirt". The room is small and no table, no space to place our food or laptop. The gym opening hour is 13:00 - 23:00. This is super unfriendly for morning person (and honestly I never seen any hotel's gym not opening in the morning). Onsen space is ok but only 3 hair dryers for 4 seats? Why would they arrange in that way? I believe we could find a much better hotel with the same price. We would never come back again
