    I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, the onsen facilities are spotless and well maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, professional, and hardworking. They constantly clean and restock the amenities, and everything is kept in great condition. The only downside of my stay was not the hotel, but some guests who did not respect the onsen rules. During my visit, there were many large overseas tour groups. Unfortunately, some guests brought baskets into the bathing area where they were not allowed, left personal belongings throughout the relaxation areas, moved or took amenities from different places, wore clothing inside areas where it was prohibited, used baskets to reserve washing stations despite the posted rules, talked loudly, and even spat repeatedly while showering. I truly felt sorry for the hotel staff, who worked very hard to keep everything clean and organized. The hotel has made the rules very clear in multiple languages. I sincerely hope all international visitors will take a few minutes to read and respect the onsen etiquette. Following these simple rules helps create a clean, peaceful, and relaxing environment for everyone. This was the only reason my stay was less comfortable. Otherwise, I genuinely loved this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

    Very happy with this hotel. Staff is very friendly. Big ottoman by the window where I watch the sunrise and sunset. Perfect spot. Love every details.

    I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Sapporo Hotel by Granbell and would happily stay here again. The location is one of its biggest strengths—it’s just a short walk from Sapporo Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and travel around Hokkaido. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities were excellent and everything I needed for a pleasant stay was available. The staff were also friendly and made the overall experience even more enjoyable. My only minor feedback is regarding the gym operating hours. It only opens at 1:00 PM, which felt a little unusual since many guests are likely to be out sightseeing by then. Earlier opening hours would make it much easier for guests who prefer to fit in a morning workout before heading out. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend Sapporo Hotel by Granbell to anyone looking for a comfortable, conveniently located hotel in Sapporo.

    Breakfast - I don't know why there is limited supply of croissant for the breakfast. Always, long queue there , I cannot try it. Room cleanliness - floor carpet with dirt need to be improved. I was assigned at room in floor corner location of the building where this is no desktop space for working with Laptop computer. Not good
