Generally a very nice place, just a slight inconvenience due to the elevator being out of service frequently (not the hosts fault I must add)

Could've Been Better!

The location next to Albert Dock was fantastic.

For the first 24 hours of our stay we didn't have hot water to the ensuite shower, the hob in the kitchen didn't work and the ventilation under the bath was hanging off. After numerous messages with the property managers these were fixed by the local handyman however this did detract from the first part of our stay. Two of the large blinds in the main room were broken and couldn't be opened so it was difficult to see the views that this room promotes.

Only 1 blind wasn’t broken, had to make our own hold back in main bedroom, also had to stop wind coming through the doors with extra duvet covers!

Great location. Kitchen facilities are excellent. Everything you would need for your stay, full sized fridge freezer, excellent cooking facilities. Plenty of hot water. Excellent value for money.

Issues with plumbing. The showers are tricky to get to a good temperature. We ended up running cold water, in the sinks to get the shower to a luke warm temp. The furniture in the living room could do with updating. The coffee table is unstable and the sofa/sofabed needs replacing. Couldn't access sockets behind bed in main bedroom.

Lovely Apartment and Facilities, Great Location & Views.

The property was great, as expected from the photos viewed of it. It was in a fantastic location for the M&S Arena / Convention Centre with a large multi storey car pack next to it. The city centre is a short walk away.

There was no hot water when we arrived and the following morning - but once I viewed the videos sent, and pressed the boost button on the boiler it was lovely and hot by the afternoon.

Leisure weekend in Liverpool

The location was perfect. Beautiful view of the docks. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The apartment had everything you needed. Great value for money. The host gave clear instructions how to access apartment. It was easy to find apartment and enter building.

Not great and no response from owner when I messaged them😡

The location

On first impressions it was quite nice, but then after this it went really down hill, was no clean towels for 5 guests, we did get them but couldn’t shower before we went out as we had a booking, no pillows cases on beds quilt on beds to small so if you turned around the other person sharing the bed had no covers😡 the towels we did get had to last us for the 3 days we stayed! Only 3 pot mugs for 5 people, heating didn’t work only sometimes and it was freezing, gale force wind blowing through the living room windows so people sleeping in living room on sofa bed were cold, the bedding for that bed was stained, blinds broke dirty usage rug in living area, and trying to see if we could get heating to work that area was full to brim with previous days of dirty bed linen👊 I could go on but can’t be bothered.

Lovely apartment

The property was lovely and clean. The beds were really comfortable, including the sofa bed and it was in a great location. If I had any queries they were answered within a couple of minutes. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Location was fabulous - 5 minutes from the Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Apartment had great views and was very comfortable and roomy

Bad smell coming from bathrooms - probably a building issue but still awful. Water in shower went hot and cold at regular intervals. Could really benefit from some decent bedding.

Good location for the dock area and the arena. Clean and uncluttered. Straight forward, clear instructions in gain access.

Not all the blinds were working in main bedroom. Couldn’t get oven to work, although spotlessly clean! A little off putting sitting on the loo facing the bed, perhaps an opaque screen. Fan in main bathroom not working.

Stunning view, great location and comfortable stay

The location was perfect. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Rental arrangements were easily made.

There is a musty smell in the bathroom. It may be a building related issue. The blinds are not user friendly. The apartment has a stunning view but blinds must be kept closed when you are out fir the day as it gets hot.

The location is amazing and impeccably clean with everything you might need.

It was very very warm and never seemed to cool down. This is due to the solar gain attributed to the amazing floor to ceiling windows. Great views but very warm on Hot summer days.

Very comfortable, very modern and was fully equipped. The property was spotless. Situated in a perfect position for the city and sightseeing.

Super apartment near Albert Dock/Liverpool Arena

Fabulous clean and comfortable apartment, fantastic location for the arena/conference centre. All the facilities you would need for your stay. A special mention for the beds, which were large and comfortable, even for two taller people.

On a really warm week like this, a fan or two in the apartment would be amazing. We had to leave windows open overnight

Great location, lovely apparment

Nice modern appartment with views over the water front. Generally really nicely equipped (couple of small things missing). Location could not have been better (we were at the exhibition centre which was a 2 min walk away)

The nearest parking is quite expensive - there is a residents car park and use of a permit to park here would be a big bonus. A second door key would also be very handy, we had to be careful, especially separate directions that we would be able to get back in. Washing up liquid and a couple of mugs would be a bonus. The en suite is a little unusual with a see through door into the main bedroom...

Configuration not conducive for relaxation Rug was a trip hazard as was curled at edges and needed putting aside Too hot when weather is warm and difficult to ventilate on opening lounge window. Bedroom window lock broken so window wouldn’t open Blind in master broken and wouldn’t close so privacy was an issue. Difficult to get round the bed because pushed so close to the window En-suite highly impractical with very high step up (designed as a wet room) and shower directs over the sink when on full power. Tap in kitchen loose and broken corkscrew Temperature of water not safe.. the hot setting was actually scalding Extractor fans in both bathrooms not working. Bed in smaller room uncomfortable.

Perfect location. With everything we needed.

The apartment was modern. Well furnished and was in a great location

We loved it. Nothing we could complain about. One thing we would have loved would have been a few tea bags and maybe a tea towel but the apartment itself has been excellent. We will definitely recommend and rebook.
