Bien ubicado, permite ir al centro de Sevilla andando comodamente y al lado de la alameda, buena zona de bares y restaurantes tanto para el día como para la noche. Además la atención por parte del personal es genial, explicando todo al detalle que, para quien no se conozca Sevilla, es un 10. El alojamiento excepcional, cómodo y limpio. Todo al detalle y bien equipado, con aire acondicionado que salvó nuestra estancia en junio! Nosotros fuimos dos personas y el apartamento cumple perfectamente. Mis felicitaciones!

Mi.estancia en este apartamento ha sido extraordinaria. Limpieza de 10, todo muy bien cuidado. Muy céntrico, puedes ir caminando al centro y en la alameda una gran oferta para comer y cenar. Sin duda, repetiré. La persona encargada me dió muy claramente todas las instrucciones para llegar y entrar al apartamento, muy atenta con todo 😊.

Very clean and nice apartment. The staff were professional, responsible, and helpful. The apartment is well-equipped and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment lacks natural light because of ground floor, but we know this. The main issue is the inadequate soundproofing, which makes it easy to hear conversations, footsteps, and traffic from outside. Noise from outside is clearly audible, including conversations and footsteps from people passing by. Although it is generally quiet after midnight, the area becomes noisy again from around 7:00 a.m., making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Prospective guests should be aware of this issue and decide accordingly when booking.

Beautifully renovated apartment, warm and cosy for our January stay. Within 20 mins walk from Santa Cruz, Trianna areas. Warm and Cosy! Nice little touches, with coffee, tea, wine provided. Everything that you need. Bonus was the free underground car park. Great communication from the host. Highly recommended. 🤩⭐️🌟⭐️🌠💫

The main front door key didnt work, but we were able to call a number to get buzzed in. The apartment entrance was with a key code.
