A perfect stay - highly recommend! Great location, lovely sun terrace, perfect for two people

Mooie locatie in een rustige buurt van Sevilla. De kamer was ruim en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! Aan het einde van de dag is het ook heerlijk verblijven op het aanwezige dakterras. Heerlijke dagen gehad. Bij vragen reageerde de host snel en behulpzaam via de app of bellen!

Apartamento bonito, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, cozinha espaçosa. Localização em rua silenciosa e cerca de 20 minutos caminhando até o centro. Check-in fácil e boa comunicação com o host. Toalhas e roupa de cama de qualidade.

Para nós não foi um problema, porém o prédio não tem elevador. Também não é possível deixar as malas depois do horário do check-out, pois não há uma recepção ou lockers no edifício.

The studio is in short walking distance from the cathedral and alcazar area, some good bars and restaurants around, gay bars just round the corner, close to buses and scooters/bicycle hire. Easy to access with just keys, studio looks freshly refurbished, it’s spacious, very much enjoyed the big shower. Super clean. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare an easy meal, including olive oil, salt, pepper etc - really nice touch. Large bed, very comfortable. sofa comfortable to sit on.

Pictures on Booking.com are misleading and were showing (and still are) a different flat than we actually got. Pictures show a studio with large windows and French balcony meanwhile we got a ground floor studio with bars in windows. When it became clear, it took a very long time for the host to even reply to us, with no explanation or resolution, so we still feel misled, host displayed no will to resolve the issue in any way, even though I messaged before we arrived. Asked to be moved to a different apartment and pay extra if necessary but host wasn’t willing to do that. The studio is on the street level, there are people hanging out just outside the windows throughout the day, smoking cigarettes, it is loud, closing windows and pulling down blinds help only a little and make you feel like you’re in a cellar. There is no wardrobe to put away your clothes or luggage. There was a rack but only 4 or 5 hangers, so not very useful. We also had an issue with some device going off and working very loudly for a few seconds every 15 mins or so during the day (possibly a broken scent dispenser or air freshener) which we were unable to locate. Coming only for 3 days, couldn’t really be bothered with back and forth with an unwilling host, so would only recommend being very thorough when booking and taking screenshots of what you have booked.
