We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The apartment has all the amenities you may need, is very well located within walking distance of Seville’s historic center, and worked perfectly for our family of five. A big plus was the private parking space a short distance from the property, which made arrival and departure much easier. There is also a Carrefour Express about 350 meters away, which is very convenient for groceries and essentials. In our case, we attended a concert at La Cartuja Stadium, and the walk was about 38 minutes, under 3 km, which was especially useful at the end of the event when traffic was heavy and taxis were not available. The location made getting around the city very practical. Special thanks to our host, Malala, for her exceptional welcome. She gave us a very thorough check-in, showed us all the facilities and amenities, handed over the keys in person, and even accompanied us to the parking space. She also shared great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. This level of personal service is rare nowadays and felt like a real privilege.

Es war nicht wirklich sauber und die Wände sagen schimmelig aus. Geruch wurde durch Duftstecker übertüncht. Baustelle im Haus nebenan. Krach ab 6 Uhr morgens.
