The apartment was lovely,very comfortable, air conditioning was amazing, and the kitchen had everything you needed We really enjoyed the hot tub and the rooftop dip pool and seating area was a godsend as we were there in June 🔥!. Dani and the other lady receptionist were so helpful and recommended restaurants, that we really enjoyed. We had a problem with a drain like smell in our bedroom the first morning. It was dealt with so efficiently. They even gave us a 10% discount for any inconvenience caused which really impressed us. The appartemnt was in a great location, we walked everywhere and the main attractions were only a 20 mum walk.We would stay there again.

No complaints? As when there was a problem it was dealt with.

Close proximity to everything you would need during a stay in the city. Bars and cafes right on the doorstep but at the same time a quiet road with no disturbance at all from passing traffic/pedestrians. It was super clean and very modern, excellent shower, fluffy towels, efficient air con, well equipped kitchen. The plunge pool was a bonus and often we were the only people up there, although it was only June. The courtyard, entrance etc were all very pretty and the staff were so helpful always on hand if needed. We had a small problem but they were very responsive

Very little to complain about. A couple of shelves in the bedroom to put clothes on and maybe a place to dry towels and swimsuits on the balcony would’ve been handy

Alles an unserem Aufenthalt war perfekt. Die Lage war außergewöhnlich, wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden an zwei Tagen Bauarbeiten statt. Diese haben uns jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört, da wir zu diesen Zeiten bereits unterwegs in der Stadt waren (die waren weder früh morgens noch spät abends) und daher nichts davon mitbekommen haben. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass wir trotzdem vor unserer Anreise darüber informiert wurden und das Hotel sich bereits im Voraus für die möglichen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt hat. Das empfanden wir als sehr aufmerksam und professionell. Außerdem wurden wir während unseres Aufenthalts von der Verwaltung kontaktiert, um nachzufragen, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei und ob man etwas tun könne, um unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Auch das fanden wir ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen, falls wir erneut in die Stadt reisen.

No me gustó la distribución de la habitación dado que fuimos cuatro adultos y el cuarto de baño estaba en las habitaciones de los adultos, con lo cual los otros dos adultos cada vez que iban al cuarto de baño tenían que pesar por delante de mi cama hacer sus necesidades, ducharse con lo que implica eso en cuestión de ruidos y olores. La distribución del cuarto de baño no es ni mucho acertada
