Location location location - bed was comfortable, nice coffee maschine.

Was very old overall, no real window to the outside world, all into a small shaft - so it felt like you could not really let fresh air in. And there is MOLD in the bathroom! Misleading name of the apartment - it says with „own private terrace“ however its a shared one for the whole building.

Comfortable chairs and nice large dining table. Had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient . Great location and not noisy outside . Convenient for sighs and food .

The sofa was very uncomfortable and the tv was old no English/ Netflix channel . It was noisy inside as 1 person decided to sing after midnight ?

The location of the property is perfect and, although situated on a busy square there was very little street noise in the apartment. There are lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and it is only a 20 min walk into the historic centre of Sevilla. The kitchen was well equipped though there was no iron when we arrived (later rectified by agents) The living room is nicely furnished with a large smart TV. The bedroom is adequate and the bed comfortable. The penthouse apartment is accessed by a lift which is handy to get suitcases up to the third floor.

We had the 'penthouse' apartment with 'private terrace'. Unfortunately there is no direct access to the 'private' terrace from the apartment, rather it is accessed along a communal corridor. It is also not very private as guests in the other apartments need to go through the 'private' terrace to access the communal one. The communal terrace is on the roof of the penthouse apartment and we experienced some noise from a group of young people using the terrace in the evenings until quite late. The shower room could do with some upgrading as 2 ceiling panels are missing, covered with some plastic sheeting which falls down over the window and there is some black mold in the shower cubicle.

The central location initially seemed like a big advantage, but in reality it caused issues. The apartment is located above restaurants, which made it very noisy in the evenings. There was also an unpleasant smell in the apartment, especially noticeable upon entering, similar to a sewage odor. One of the bathrooms was finished to a very low standard, and water was leaking from the shower cabin. The apartment is more suitable for four people rather than five. The sofa in the living room was located next to the stairwell and a window, and any movement or door closing in the stairwell was very loud.
