It was in a nice area, walking distance to the main sights but also has its own character, bars and restaurants away from the very busy tourist area. It is still quite a vibrant area. Lovely to have a roof terrace.
The sofa and dining table could do with replacing because they look too worn/ stained. A drying up cloth and tin opener would have been good in the kitchen.

During our holidays we stayed twice at this place and it came to our expectations. The location was great. The apartment is well equipped.The communication with the office is very good. They are really helpful. The fantastic feature is a roof top with a super nice terrace. If I am in Seville again, I will definitely choose this apartment to stay.

Centrally located. First floor. Terrace.
First floor meant a lot of street noise. Lots of flys and gnats. Shower could use upgrades. Terrace needed shade so you could use during the day.
