The location was absolutely perfect—within walking distance of many of Paris’s most famous attractions, charming cafés, bakeries, and shops. The neighborhood felt safe, elegant, and truly Parisian.
The apartment looked clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Comfortable bed and sofa bed as well, functional kitchen, and thoughtful amenities.
When we arrived, there were no trash bags and very little toilet paper provided. We also experienced problems with the hot water. Since we stayed only one night, we didn’t have time to contact management and deal with these issues, and we simply expected essential items and amenities to be available.

La iluminación y decoración.
Que la ducha y el baño estaban separados y se podían usar sin problema.
Cuenta con espero de cuerpo completo y una puerta para dividir la habitación del área social.
La ubicación se sentía un poco inseguro. No hay elevador y el hospedaje está en el cuarto piso con muchas gradas por nivel, las gradas son un poco resbalosas y nada cómodas para subir y bajar con equipaje.
Por dentro no es tan amplio como para tener el sofá cama instalado todo el tiempo.
Se debe considerar que los huéspedes tienen que organizarse para bañarse con agua caliente, ya que se acaba y hay que ir a revisar el nivel del agua en otro piso, lo cual no es nada conveniente.

LE CALME !!! Quel havre de paix en plein coeur de St Germain des Prés... Dormi fenêtres ouvertes sans aucun bruit extérieur... BRAVO
L'equipe WhatApp de gestion est hyper réactive
Malheureusement chauffe eau en panne en se levant...
