Great cosy cottage. Owner was extremely helpful. Dog friendly. Nice touches with biscuits and dog treats. Nice walk into the centre. Would definitely stay again.
No freezer compartment in fridge, luckily cold enough to leave ice outside.

What did we like? Everything! It's a lovely, clean house that's a pleasant 20-minute walk from the centre of town. Helen is the perfect host - she couldn't be more friendly and helpful. There's a lovely garden, the beds are comfy, and the bedlinen sumptuous. For lovers of peace and quiet, it's pin-drop quiet literally all the time. Oh, and there are some fantastic books, and really- yes, real plants. Can't recommend highly enough.

A nice fairly clean place to stay and a secure garden for our furry friend. Quiet location with on street parking
The musty smell in the kitchen is very unpleasant. The garden needed attention. The shower unit is very small and no headboard on one of the beds. The carpet at the bottom of the stairs is very grubby. The recycling system could be better organised and clearly labelled. Disgusting chopping board, oven and oven trays.
