It’s a nice place to visit the coastline close to France with a good location + the things you need

We really liked the location of the place and the space in the place. It’s friendly and open, the balkony part is a gamechanger with a nice view. The induction cooker was excellent. The fridge is big enough and has a freezer part as well. The TV is good and the WiFi stable. There is a lift almost up to the flat (you still have to walk one flight though). The hosts showed us how to use which key is needed for which door. The garage is save and privat, but only for small or midsized cars.

Unfortunately the place doesn’t provide enough stuff for proper cooking. The knives are not sharp or stable to cut vegetables. The pans are not flat anymore so they are not stable at the cooker. There was no kitchenroll or anything proper beside a small towl to clean the kitchen. There was a really really bad smell coming from the cupboards in the bedroom. It was very distracting and not comfortable. We couldn’t figure out what the smell was all about but it wasn’t only old or bad air or something. There are a few things that needs a fix/upgrade like the shower or the windows (you can’t really open them). Instructions where to bring the bins would be nice too.

Il portoncino non si apriva

Ho prenotato tramite booking questo appartamento con terrazza a Bordighera dall'11 al 15 ottobre 2025. Siamo arrivate l'11 sera e già al primo accesso all'appartamento abbiamo notato una certa difficoltà nell'aprire il portoncino di ingresso all' appartamento. La chiave girava senza aprire. La domenica mattina 12 ottobre ho inviato subito un SMS, un messaggio whatsapp e una mail all'agenzia oltre ad alcune telefonate..nessuna risposta. Durante il giorno abbiamo dovuto alternarci nelle uscite per godere del mare (sono con un'amica ed un cane) in modo che ci fosse sempre qualcuno ad aprire il portoncino...il lunedì dopo altri messaggi che l'addetto dell'agenzia dice di non aver letto quando l'ho contattato telefonicamente, sono riuscita finalmente a parlargli al telefono, mi ha assicurato che avrebbe provveduto al più presto..da quel momento più nessun contatto..ho inviato altri messaggi, mail...il nulla...vacanze da incubo..rovinate.. ho inviato anche un messaggio alla chat di booking, mi hanno scritto che mi avrebbero risposto entro 24, ne sono passate 48.. ora sono rientrata a casa.. più sentito nessuno..mai più pagherò prima di arrivare nell'alloggio prenotato

Asunto korkealla ja mukavat näkymät ulos. Ihan ok matkan päässä juna-asemasta sekä rannasta.

Ohjeistukset asunnon sijaintiin, avainten noutamiseen sekä muutenkin käytännön asioihin olivat puutteellisia. Sijainti melko kaukana vanhasta kaupungista ainakin pienten lasten kanssa liikkuessa. Huoneen korkeus oli paikoittain matala ja ainakin keittiön sekä pienen vessan käyttö oli hieman haastavaa pidemmille ihmisille.

Ne correspond pas à l annonce

La vue et l emplacement.

La terrasse . La photo de la terrasse ne correspond pas à la réalité. L appartement convient pour 3 personnes max. L appartement est sous les toits donc le plafond est tres bas à des endroits. Il n y a pas 80 mètres de logements. Il manque des équipements. Matelas trop anciens à changer. Le fauteuil n est pas un canape lit mais un fauteuil qu on deplis. On dort par terre. C est pour 1 personne. Pas d éclairage dans le coin cuisine et pas d éclairage dans la chambre. C est un 4eme avec ascenseur. Sauf qu il y a un étage à monter à pied. Le parking ne convient qu a de toutes petites voitures.

Appartamento funzionale, ottima posizione, spiaggia a 50 metri, garage a disposizione, piccolo supermercato davanti, bar e servizi comodissimi

Lavatrice rumorosa, gli scuri delle finestre non chiudono bene, manca lavastoviglie nonostante sia indicata

Benissimo!

La struttura fornisce qualsiasi cosa per godere di un ottimo soggiorno. Il climatizzatore è stato fondamentale ma anche il ventilatore ci è stato di aiuto essendo stati in un periodo piuttosto caldo. I materassi piuttosto comodi. La cucina piccola ma accogliente con un ottimo frigorifero. Zona soggiorno ottima e la vista dalla terrazza molto molto bella

Il bagno con una doccia un po' piccola ma comunque funzionale. Distante 2 minuti e mezzo dal lungomare ma quasi 15 minuti a piedi dalla zona centrale

Appartement spacieux, climatisé et vue sur la mer

Appartement à côté de la gare avec passages de trains jours et nuits. Mauvaise odeurs constantes comme de canalisations. Énormément de passages d'ambulances.

Consigliato per un soggiorno tranquillo a Bordighera

Bellissimo appartamento fronte mare. Comodissimo il box per lasciare l’auto (non adatto a suv) vicinissimo alla spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Centro raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti. Casa molto facile da raggiungere

Servizi un po’ scarsi… un solo rotolo di carta igienica, nessun tipo di sapone per lavarsi. Presente la cucina senza detersivi Per essere un appartamento ci aspettavamo di piu

Piacevole soggiorno a Bordighera 😊

La posizione ottima, a un passo dalla spiaggia, comodissima per i servizi, supermercato di fronte, ristoranti,bar e comoda per girare i dintorni liguri e la Francia. La vista dal terrazzino meravigliosa con il mare e Mentone e la costa francese a destra. Il garage dove lasciare l’auto al sicuro e senza stress della ricerca del parcheggio ogni volta.La tranquillità dell’appartamento, essendo all’ultimo piano non si è disturbati da nessun rumore.

La doccia!! Molto piccola e noi siamo di costituzione normale, difficile girarsi. Però è comprensibile perché lo spazio del bagno è molto poco. E il terrazzino diviso da un’ostacolo in muratura quindi é un sali e scendi continuo. Ma noi abbiamo cenato fuori con dei tramonti bellissimi 😍
