A brief stop on the road trip-

Fantastic place, great location

We spent a weekend in Bordighera and enjoyed staying in Maya’s apartment enormously. Bright and spacious apartment, spotless clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can find there anything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is great, close to everything: a couple of minutes walk from bars, shops , train station and the beautiful beach. We are looking forward to come back!

Ideal location for exploring the Côte d’Azur.

Close to the main attractions and the sea. Beautiful palms outside the main window.

No parking lots for the residents but the public one is in close proximity.

Ok for a one night stop over but no outside space or parking

The flat was clean. There were extras in the cupboards like salt and pepper. There were fresh towels and the bathroom was lovely. The flat was situated near Bordighera train station and next to the promenade, sea, shops and restaurant.

I felt that the communication about the flat could have been better. There was no-one to meet us and when we called the number there was no answer. The address provided on Booking.com wasn't complete and the directions were just online standard directions. It would have been much easier if we had been sent pictures of where to go and the exact number of the address. We had to go into the Garden Hotel next door and ask where the flat was. We were also duped into the parking as it was on the road and not close by which isn't great when you have lots of luggage. We also had to search for the keys which were hidden and we had no idea what number the flat was so we had to knock on doors in the building and ask people. The wifi also wasn't working when we arrived but once we had rebooted the router it started to work perfectly.

All in all, I rate our stay 10 out of 10 for the comfort, unmatched location and, last but not least, a great host, Maya

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is spacious and very beautifully designed. It has all the amenities listed (wi-fi, kitchen where we cooked our lunch meals, washing machine). The only minor drawback is that there is only one air conditioner in the living room, but we were lucky that there were winds when we stayed and the air wasn’t as hot as it could be, so we didn’t have any problems at all! The place has a lot of sleeping places suitable enough for 5 adults (1 slept on a sofa in a living room but it was comfortable alright). Plus, the location is superb: 5 min from our favorite beach Kursaal; an ice cream cafe of our choice Eccole is in the same building on the other corner, and there are two supermarkets very close by: Carrefour and Conad. Another good thing is that we didn’t hear nearby trains, which run on a railroad close to the beach; but we’ve heard some noisy bike drivers, which for some can be quite disturbing at night, but didn’t bother us much

Good

The location (quite, in the city center, close to the beach) and the reactivity of the host who was quite helpful. The bed and bath linen were very clean and we had a lot! The shampoo and shower gel were provided which is always appreciated! The bed for the baby was perfect.

The air conditioning which was portable in the leaving room, with a hole badly fixed in the wall to evacuate the hot air. The apartment is not air conditioned! Some electrical outlets did not work. The cleanliness left something to be desired... (the mosquito protection of the bathroom window was covered with dust which we had to clean)...

Good apartment with very bad management

Location is good, apartment is quite big.

It was badly cleaned. I have an impression that floor was never cleaned before at all. Online check in works terrible. They asked me to make 3 photos of ID card (face side, back side and photo of each of person with document) for 8!!! persons, send me confirmation on email that everything is fine. But 3 hours before our arrival they send me message that it’s not ok and they want me to do it ones again. Are you serious?? And there is no house number in the property adresse on the booking, so we had to call them to be able to dinde it. So: good apartment, bad management.

Pour une nuit, le rapport qualité prix est bien

L’emplacement est idéal.

Concernant l’extérieur, le manque de place pour se garer. Dans l’appartement plusieurs petites choses ne fonctionnait pas, le pommeau de douche ne tient pas, car le support est cassé, il n’y a pas d’abattant sur la cuvette des toilettes, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, le canapé-lit est très dur pour dormir, les chaises de la cuisine pour s’asseoir, la plupart sont cassées, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre du salon car il manque la poignée. Il est difficile d’avoir un retour de la propriétaire, après plusieurs messages avant notre arrivée, concernant le type de cafetière que nous avions dans l’appartement afin de prévoir nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain étaient compris dans notre réservation. Malheureusement nous avons reçu un message deux heures avant comme quoi les draps n’étaient pas encore disponible une personne très gentille est venue nous les apporter à 20h30. Elle était tellement débordée qu’elle ne nous a pas fait les lits. Nous avons dû les faire. Nous nous voulions pas la retarder davantage.

Super séjour à Bordighera dans un bel appartement, avec une jolie vue, à proximité immédiate de tout

Appartement très convivial et tout à fait propre. Le coin repas, sous sa belle arche entre la cuisine et la pièce à vivre est très chouette. On se serait cru dans une trattoria à domicile. Equipement super, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Proximité immédiate de la gare : idéale pour rayonner sur la côte, rejoindre San Remo et la piste cyclable ligurienne ou bien Vintimille pour prendre le formidable train de la vallée de la Roya.

Seul bémol : le wifi ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage et il n'y avait plus d'allumettes pour les plaques de cuisson au gaz.

Locatie was perfect!

Airco, was één kleine niet ingebouwde airco, in de woonkamer. Daardoor was het op de slaapkamers nog steeds erg warm.

Hebergement spacieux et bien placé.

Emplacement idéal face à un très joli parc et à 1mn à pied du magnifique front de mer de Borghera. La taille du logement est parfaite pour une famille jusqu'à 4/5 personnes. Les équipements sont très satisfaisants.
