Villa Riviera is located above Bordighera on an idyllic, well-maintained 3,000-square-meter property with a wonderful view of the sea (as far as Antibes) and the mountains in the hinterland (as far as Tende). The villa is conveniently located and can be reached via a direct access road. Ample parking is available. The villa is fully secured with a large fence and an electric gate, ensuring complete privacy.
THE ARCHITECTURE AND LAYOUT ALLOW FOR AMPLE PRIVACY FOR 2 TO 9 PEOPLE (This price applies only for up to 4 people and 2 bedrooms; however, an upgrade is possible.
Villa Riviera is a split-level property spanning 3 levels and is fully air-conditioned. On the garden level, there is a modern living room with a fireplace and a sensational view of the 10 x 5 m heated infinity pool, the beautifully landscaped garden, and the sea. On the mezzanine level is a spacious kitchen with access to the covered panoramic terrace, which invites you to relax and unwind or enjoy breakfast, lunch, or an evening snack while taking in the view all the way to France. Also on this level are two bedrooms (one with its own terrace at the rear of the house) and a modern shower room. The first floor of Villa Riviera also features a terrace with a sea view, another spacious bedroom, a large and modern bathroom, and an additional living room (which can also be used as a bedroom accommodating up to four people). Thanks to the self-contained kitchen and the layout of the space, up to three families can stay here together, relax, and even have some privacy. The wonderful and spacious barbecue area, complete with an outdoor kitchen, a pizza oven, and a grill, is perfect for sharing convivial evenings together. The spacious terrace offers plenty of room for this. The beach and the center of Bordighera are just a 5-minute drive away via the direct route. This vacation home is a perfect starting point for excursions to the Riviera, the Côte d’Azur, and the impressive Ligurian hinterland. The Nice Airport is only a 35-minute drive away.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und sauber. Der Vermieter hatte uns im Vorfeld informiert, dass der Pool bis zu unserer Ankunft komplett neu renoviert wurde. Die Fliesen und Poolbeleuchtung konnten leider noch nicht fertiggestellt werden aber das war nicht wirklich weiter schlimm da ein sauberer Betonestrich vorhanden war. Wir fanden es positiv, dass sich der Vermieter darum gekümmert hat, dass der Pool zur rechten Zeit fertiggestellt wurde da Renovierungen ja immer mal kurzfristig anfallen können. Mit der Schlüsselbereitstellung hat alles wunderbar funktioniert und wir wurden mit ein paar leckeren Gastgeschenken überrascht :)
Der Pool sowie die ganze Gartenanlage und Sitzgelegenheiten mit Meerblick sind sehr schön. Das Haus selbst ist sehr großzügig, die Küche bietet so ziemlich alles was man benötigt und einen tollen Balkon zum Frühstücken. Die schnelle Anbindung zur Autobahn ist sehr praktisch und auch nach Bodighera sind es nur ca. 5 min mit dem Auto. Wir sind sogar 1x bis nach Bodighera an das Meer zu Fuß gegangen. San Remo, Menton, Monaco oder die schönen Bergdörfer Perinaldo und Dolceaqua sind schnell zu erreichen.
Während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes war der Vermieter per Telefon/SMS stets zu erreichen und hat bei Rückfragen immer sofort reagiert. Zudem ist er sehr flexibel und hat eine offene und nette Art. Der Poolmann und die Reinigungskräfte (die wir bei der Abreise getroffen haben) waren alle auch sehr freundlich und nett.
Wenn wir mal wieder in die Gegend reisen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Een heel fijn en prettig huis op een mooie locatie. We kwamen aan bij daglicht,bij donker wordt het lastiger om het weggetje naar beneden te vinden. Dicht bij San Remo een prachtige stad,Monaco op een half uurtje rijden. Al met al een aanrader.
