Big, loud appartement located at the railway Station

Vanessa was very nice and was open for any kind of questions. She was very helpfull and could solve problems very fast. The place Bordighera has not so many tourists, what we like a lot. The CONAD Store was lakated under the apartment. The kitchen had everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. The appartement has two bad rooms, what is great for families. All rooms were even big enought.

All the furniture was in an italien style, what is very nice but everything was pretty old. Some furnitures were alteady brocken (chairs) and had been fixed with nails but it were shakeing and we were afraid it could break finally. The windows were old too and you could not close it. In the offer they could mentioned, that the railway Station is right in front of the building. Because of the brocken windows, you could hear anybody and anything what happened on the street. The floor of the appartement was very dirty. Only a few steps with white socks and it were totally black.

Casa Piero is a winner!

There is so much WE LOVED about CASA PIERO: the elegant but unstuffy decor; that it is larger and lighter than the photos suggest; the three balconys; the bonus half bath; the best pots and pans we encountered in any accomodation during 6 weeks in Italy; the comfy beds; the views of the sea and boardwalk and people watching. Also it was spotlessly clean. But wait, there's more! For those who, like us, are traveling without a car, the LOCATION is SUPERB. It is inches from the train station, above a well stocked Conad, moments from the beach, in Budighera centro and a quick walk to a gorgeous lush park, the passaggiata de Beodo and the old town. The Thursday market happens pretty much right outside the door. Does the location mean one can hear trains and some nighttiime noise from beach clubs? Yes it does. Enjoy the vibe. And we must mention our HOST. Vanessa let us check in early (the cleaner was still working, and she too was incredibly kind) and made us feel welcome and that she was available. We left a necklace we didnt want and she reached out to see about returning it though it was obviously a cheap bauble. Thank you! So (allora...) while this was our FAVORITE APARTMENT and we would absolutely book it again I must say to my fellow travelers: if WiFi is important to you, this is not your place. Or I could say: put down your device, gather your companions for a card game, or pick up a book, and enjoy all Casa Piero has to offer.

The location of the bathroom window overlooking (and being looked at?) the stairwell/hallway is a little awkward. Use the curtains 🙂

Fantastico

Appartamento centralissimo con una vista pazzesca e balconi quasi in tutte le stanza, pulito, letti comodi e parcheggio sotto casa . In più è dotato di ascensore e Vanessa è stata formidabile in tutto, pronta e sempre informata per accontentarci .

Ci è piaciuto tutto, l’unica cosa che metterei è un piccolo porta rifiuti nel bagno principale.

Pour des bons moments familiaux en bord de mer

Jolie appartement de style rétro à la classe italienne à deux pas de la mer, au dessus d’une supérette et non loin des bars et restaurants. Une adresse parfaite pour se retrouver en famille.
