Buon alloggio e pulito
La struttura recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in una villetta adibita a B&B in una posizione residenziale di Bordighera a circa 10 minuti dal centro a piedi. La casa è ben insonorizzata nonostante una via trafficata in zona, certamente in estate potrebbe creare alcuni problemi con le finestre aperte. La nostra struttura disponeva di un ampio soggiorno, camera matrimoniale e bagno e risultava ben tenuta e pulita. La TV è disponibile solo in camera e questo penalizza poterla vedere durante i pranzi o sul divano posto in soggiorno. Arrivati il riscaldamento risultava spento e ci è voluta qualche ora a portare in temperatura l'appartamento, il gestore ci ha comunque fornito una coperta aggiuntiva per la notte. La struttura non ha parcheggio privato, ma a pochi passi esiste un parcheggio gratuito pubblico. Inoltre i proprietari gestiscono anche un ristorante posto a brevissima distanza che non abbiamo provato, ma che si presenta molto bene e sempre pieno di gente.
Come scritto, la TV è disponibile solo in camera da letto e questo penalizza poterla vedere durante i pranzi o sul divano posto in soggiorno. Le tende alle finestre solo solo oscuranti, per cui durante il giorno, nonostante l'appartamento sia molto luminoso, se vengono aperte non esiste privacy con i vicini, basterebbe per il giorno una tenda semplice chiara. Durante i cinque giorni di nostra permanenza gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati, almeno per noi questo non è stato un problema.

Gerani Appertments
Ruhiges Apartment. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der Nähe von der Innenstadt. Parkplatz auf der Straße vorhanden. Dem Besitzer gehört neben an die Bar/das Restaurant. Sehr lecker!
Es war alles gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
