This spacious and cozy apartment, perfect for up to 5 guests, is located on Via Serena, just a short walk from the waterfront, between the beaches and the bike path, in a flat area with all amenities within easy reach. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including: unlimited Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, two bathrooms, and private parking. An opportunity not to be missed!
The space
The approximately 95-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a 1970s building that has recently undergone renovation of its facade and common areas.
The interior layout is as follows:
LIVING ROOM with a relaxation area and dining area;
KITCHEN equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, conventional oven and microwave, electric kettle, moka pot, and various kitchen utensils;
BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, a single bed, and a closet;
BEDROOM 2 with a double bed and a closet;
BATHROOM 1 with a shower, sink, and toilet;
BATHROOM 2 equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and bidet;
The small garden/spacious courtyard with private access that can accommodate up to 3 cars
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to keep in mind
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Bordighera, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person and will be collected in cash, for the first 6 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Imperia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
