Nice location for beach
Patio nice. Location good. Parking great.
Instructions for location of lock box vague. Instructions for trash confusing. Showers backed up and very small. Toilet in main bathroom difficult to flush. Washing machine needed instructions to operate.

Unpleasant
Fabio was nice and responsive. The ice cream shop is great. The beach is very close. Parking in the big yard.
The place is a very noisy heat and moisture trap. Staying in there during a heat wave was a torture. There is no air-conditioning, the windows are not insulated, and the only way to cool off the rooms is to open the windows/doors. When you do that, a wall of noise assails your hearing senses - ambulances, high pitched motor bikes, cars and loud people - 24/7. The beach may be 5 minutes walk however the main road is 2 meters away from the property edge. Pay attention to the "vintage" in the description. In this case it means old and musty. Things are coming apart, and the remodeling is a band-aid when surgery is needed. On the first day, as we were walking through the building main door, a young man ran through it and assaulted two women on the steps of the floor above. Based on the sounds of people being hit and the screaming it seemed they were in big trouble. The host said he called the carabinieri however no one came and the women left the building crying... This happened only once, and nothing similar repeated, however it was very unsettling to happen within the first hour of our arrival. The washing machine is a joke - hand washing would do better job...

Nous avons aimez l accueil la propreté et la proximité les plages 2 min a pied. Le parking dans le jardin ainsi que la terrasse.

Logement spacieux conforme aux photos. Grand espace extérieur.
Le lieu est très bruyant. En effet, l'immeuble est située à l'angle de la Via Serena (rue sans issue très calme) et de la Via Vittorio Emanuele qui est l'axe routier majeur de Bordighera avec un trafic très dense de voitures, camions, motos et scooters... de jour comme de nuit. N'oubliez pas vos bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir.
