Clean Comfortable & Quiet sufficient for a work trip

The Host was easy to contact & very pleasant & helpful, the property was clean, quiet & sufficient for my purpose coming from London for meetings at our offices.

The sofa in the sitting room is dirty & could do with a god cleaning & for people coming for work the kitchen could do with a microwave. The parking permit was not in the fat but I was okay to park since I was leaving at 7am to work & got back after 8pm in the evening.

I would reccomend that anybody looking at this property DON'T book it. The property itself is on a parking permit zone were you need a permit to park. The owner of the property was supposed to leave a permit but didn't. The main front door DIDN'T lock which made me and partner feel very unsafe. Once inside the property it was very SMELLY and the toilet seat came of when I lifted it up. We didn't even stay in the property it was that bad, we booked another property nearby. The bed was also covered in a black dirty substance. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. IT IS NOT SAFE.

Worst place you can find - a fake offer! It is not a brandnew room, but a run-down apartment.

The worst accomodation we ever found after a booking.com reservation. A real fake offer! It is not a brandnew room, but a run-down apartment. The owner initially showed cooperation in accepting a cancellation, but then he ignored all requests to refund the money. What a cheek! Finally the excellent service of booking.com took care of the reimbursement.

Nothing to be honest

It was not a apartment like stated it was a small room with a bed and a tiny shower room with toilet shared kitchen and small back yard very run down not in a good location either nothing around at all

The only thing was the price, luckily I didn’t have to stay.

The location is not very good the room stunk of stale “fags” the outlook and surrounding areas were not very pleasant. My own fault for not checking before I booked.

Nice room shame about a few other things

Very clean room nice and fresh

Power cut from 9:30pm until around 3am no fault of the owner a big gap at bottom of the door about 3 inch room next door people in and out and then shouting at 3am in the morning banging in the door to be let in and people knocking on the window when walking past and the kitchen is separate and shared so really shouldn't be listed as an apartment really

Hartleool is an interesting place.worth a visit

Comfortable bed. Good shower Freshly refurbished to a nice standard Ideal location for the event I was attending Great value Easy access Warm and pleasant on a freezing night .

Couldn’t complain about anything really The venue provided exactly what I needed.
