Great cottage, conveniently located a 10 min walk from the centre of Whitby. Hot tub was lovely. We stayed during a very big storm, and it was cosy and warm the whole time, with great views of the storm over the harbour. Shower is wonderful!
As the cottage is on an old stone step passageway the parking is only at the top, or bottom of the passageway, so you need to carry luggage to the cottage. Our satnav took us to the bottom but it’s actually an easier load in from the top, so we’d advise trying there first.

Very central and comfortable property. Property was modern and very nicely decorated, we managed to park on street close by and felt safe and secure.
Some expected amenities weren’t available. Dish towels, a dishwasher tablet, coffee/tea, cooking oil. We had to go out and purchase these items to be able to use the kitchen. Would have liked some additional towels for the hot tub (only 2 but 3 guests) and some plastic glasses for outdoor use.

Charming old property, renovated with character. Only a short walk to Whitby front. Host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating.
